Ye’, but you guys are a bit backward, I mean, you guys are a few hours behind us. Lol.
Cacio e pepe is simple but easy to go wrong.
It’s 12:30pm here.

Time zones are amazing a nd crazy.
The international dateline means it’s Tuesday on one side, Wednesday on the other, just a few miles away.
Did you know France has the most times zones with 12 . Because France classes all it’s territories as France.
While China covers five time zones, it observes only one, Beijing Time, UTC+8.

They are crazy. For aviation, everything is referenced to UTC. That includes weather reports and forecasts. When flight planning, we have to convert from the time of the report in UTC to the local time zone which gets especially confusing when we fly across time zones. The exams include questions about leaving one time zone and landing in another. Sometimes they give the times in local time and ask for the UTC time at the landing. Sometimes the given times are in UTC and they ask for the final time in local.

Cacio e pepe is three ingredients, pecorino cheese, spaghetti and pepper corns.
Anything else, isn’t it.
I do fancy some donner meat now though.

They were aromatico tomatoes, like cherry tomatoes but with a little more flesh, roasted with a little oliv e oil and sea salt . I should of used tomkin tomatoes, not as tart, thinner and softer skin with a lot of flesh.
tomkins, they have more squared edges and are the best only we were out of them at work.

I’m about to make a purchase on autogeek and an looking for something to deal with tree sap. What do you recommend?

I use a regular tar and glue remover like AutoFinesse ObliTARate. But not sure if it’s available in the U.S. but similar tar and glue removers are available.
Turtle Wax do a product, Bug & Tar Remover, which states it’s also for tree sap.
But if you get it early enough, hot soapy water will remove it.
Plus laying down a good coat of wax or sealant will act as a sacrificial layer and aid removing any tough contaminants.

Don’t see the auto finesse there, but got another brand that looks good, plus 110 bucks worth of microfiber so everything is color coordinated for the process, two more grit guards and a clay mitt . My other clay pad just failed with a massive streak.

That’s a good haul and should really help with keeping your car looking good.
Just had a look.
AutoFinesse do sell it in the U.S. Not sure of resellers but they have a site.

Make sure to care for your microfibres. 30 degree wash, non bio wash, no conditioners, etc... or buy a dedicated microfibre towel wash which will keep the fibres in good condition.
Conditioners will make the fibres limp and less absorbent, while a bio wash or too high a heat will also cause the fibres to go limp (much less useful for cleaning) and further damage the fibres.

Sorry, right, ye’, 30 degrees celsius, suppose that’ll be 90 degrees fahrenheit.
Ye’, I’ve tried the Chemical Guys one myself, it’s very good. I use the Gyeon vers ion now (only because Chemical Guys p roducts here in the U.K. are hit and miss with availability, but that’s down to the Chemical Guys resellers here).
